Negotiating Committee Update – *Special Edition* Update on Concessions and Furloughs
On Friday, November 13, the Company issued an “Inflight Info on the Go” update outlining various concessions it demands that Members consider. Once again, the Company is trying to negotiate directly with our Members.
As the saying goes,
The “option,” as outlined directly to you, the Members, is a freeze to your Contract with an increase in job responsibilities and no true guarantee of furlough protection.
Together, we are the Union.
Your Negotiating Team will distribute a video detailing why what the Company is proposing is much more than it might appear on the surface. We look forward to addressing your questions at the Membership meetings on Tuesday, November 17, and Wednesday, November 18.
