How to Have More Good Days
This May, we’re recognizing Mental Health Month with a simple idea: More good days, together.
As Flight Attendants, we take care of a lot of people. This month is a reminder to take care of ourselves—and each other, too. Through Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), you have access to confidential, certified peer-based support from people who understand this job and what comes with it. You may not need that support today. But when you do, it matters to know it’s there.
CISM is confidential, peer-based support—for Flight Attendants by Flight Attendants who understand the role both on and off the job.
Take a moment today to think about what helps you have a good day—and make a little more space for it.
During this week of May 11, CISM team members will be present in every base to connect in person. Watch your lounge for a visit from CISM. Stop by to enjoy:
- Treats and Ducks (yes!)
- Conversation with CISM team members. No formal agenda, just connection.
- Make sure to grab a handout of tips to support your own mental health
