CISM – 24 Hour Support

by | Aug 18, 2021 | News

Life can be stressful and feel overwhelming at times. We have suffered the loss of coworkers, family members, and friends. There is so much uncertainty with the COVID19 Delta variant, mask non-compliance issues, passenger assaults, misconduct events, and numerous stressors.

If you are involved in a traumatic event at work, on an overnight, or even in your personal life, the specially trained Flight Attendants of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) are prepared to help you. CISM is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For assistance, please call our confidential hotline at 214-640-4380.

The CISM Team is partnering with our onsite dedicated Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional Amy Swetnam. Amy is available Monday-Friday from 0900 to 1700 CT at amy.swetnam@wnco.com. As a licensed mental health professional, her goal is to provide education and support to you and your family and refer you to the appropriate resources.

Clear skies is also a valuable resource provided for all employees 1 (800) 742-8911
