Q1: “What is the Flight Attendant Drug and Alcohol Program (FADAP)?”

FADAP is a substance-abuse prevention program created and promoted for and by the Flight Attendant profession and funded by the FAA. FADAP includes Flight Attendant peers and managers from 25 airlines across our industry.

Q2: “What is FADAP’s purpose?”

The goal of the TWU Local 556 Flight Attendant Drug and Alcohol Program (FADAP) is to provide an additional, confidential resource for Flight Attendants and their families, to pursue and combat a treatable disease, assisting in the re-entry of a valuable asset to the Southwest Airlines work environment.
