Advance Amounts
Our optional Advance Check on the 5th of each month is an advance on that month’s flying (which is paid the following month). The pre-set advance amount is based on your rate of pay x 50 TFP and then rounded down to the nearest $100. If you would like to lower, stop, or re-instate your advance, you can do so on SWALife> Workday > FA Payroll Requests > Change of Advance.

If you do not work enough in a month to payback your advance, you can end up owing the Company.
In that situation, you would not be paid another advance until you have repaid what is owed.
