Q1: “What is the 4th Quarter Record Improvement Bonus?”
If you have four (4) or fewer points at the end of the 4th Quarter and you did not accumulate more than one (1) point since October 1st, you will have your points bank reduced to zero (0) points!
Q2: “What if I use my 4th Quarter PIN or Doctor’s Note?”
While you must be on active status for the entire quarter, you do not need Perfect Attendance to qualify for the Bonus!
Q3: “I used my PIN in October, and then in November I had to call in sick for a 2-day so I earned one (1) point – can I still get the Bonus?”
Yes! Since you only accumulated one (1) point (0.5 point per day on a 2-day) then you are still eligible, and your point total will be reduced to zero (0).
Q4: “Can we still record improve with Perfect Attendance or No Chargeable Occurrences in the 4th Quarter?”
Yes. All Record Improvement opportunities are available in the 4th Quarter, and you will be given whichever is the most beneficial to your situation.
Q5: “I was on Jury Duty for four (4) straight weeks from October to November. Does this mean I am ineligible for 4th Quarter Record Improvement?”
No. Jury Duty Leave will not disqualify you from any Record Improvement options, including the 4th Quarter Record Improvement Bonus.
