Monitoring Your Attendance Points

Q1: “How do I check how many attendance points I currently have?”
You can either email Attendance & Leave at InflightAandL@wnco.com or ask any Inflight Supervisor.
Q2: “How often should I check my attendance points?”
We recommend that you check your points at least once a quarter. If you check at the beginning of every quarter, you can verify that you received any applicable record improvement from the previous quarter.
Q3: “If I disagree with the point total what can I do?”
If you believe you should have fewer points, please contact the Grievance Team at (214) 640-4300. They can request your points history and verify all points and record improvements have been applied correctly. If there is discrepancy, you can file a grievance.
Q4: “I need to lower my points… is there any help available?”
Absolutely! For assistance with a point reduction plan, please contact the Union office at (214) 640-4300 or email the TWU Local 556 Education Committee at education@staging1.twu556.org.
Q5: “Where can I learn more about attendance points and record improvement?”
Information about the Attendance Policy is in Article 32 of our Contract. There are also educational resources on the TWU 556 website and app.
